Nintendo’s next-gen Switch could be coming in 2024

Nintendo is reportedly preparing to launch its next-generation console, the second-gen Switch, in 2024. Sources revealed that third-party developers have access to this hardware, with the console expected to launch in H2 2024. It may have a cheaper LCD screen to reduce costs and increase its storage capacity. The new console is expected to retain its backward-compatibility and have a slot for cartridges that can hold physical copies of games. It is believed that Nintendo is focusing on a launch window after the spring of 2024 to prevent further losses.
